• Inadequate packaging by the sender.
• Prohibited items being shipped.
• Events beyond our control (force majeure).

5.2. Additional insurance coverage can be arranged upon request for high-value items.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1. Orders may be cancelled prior to parcel collection without penalty.
